Aikido is not an art to fight with enemies and defeat them. It is
a way to lead all human beings to live in harmony with each other.
The basic principles of Aikido involve
perceiving the energy of a moment,
harmonizing with that in a centered way,
guiding and leading the flow
toward a positive intention.
Training in aikido includes observation and modification of both
physical and psychological patterns of thought and behavier.

- everything flows -
